Kaj Hagros

Kaj is a venture capital investor, tech executive, and advisor specializing in digital services, media, and health.

He leads Redstone VC in the Nordics and acts as General Partner for the North Karelia Growth Fund, South Savo Growth Fund, and South Ostrobothnia Growth Fund.

With a distinguished career as an entrepreneur, investor, and C-level executive, Kaj has been involved in over 90 startup transactions, three public listings, and more than 20 board roles, primarily in the IT, media, and health sectors. Previously, he served as the CEO of the Nasdaq Helsinki-listed Tecnotree Corporation, COO of FOX Mobile (a NewsCorp company), VP of Operations at First Hop, and Head of Strategy & Business Development at Nokia Networks.

Currently, Kaj is the Chair of the Board at Inderes Plc and a board member at Loihde Plc and Chipmetrics Ltd. He holds an M.Sc. (Eng.) in industrial management from Aalto University and a Trium MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris.
