A’Pelago Yacht

Welcome to spend your next team day sailing on board the A'Pelago Yacht in the fresh winds in the Archipelago Sea in SW Finland.

A’Pelago Yacht is the newest member of the A'Pelago family - a brand new sailing yacht manufactured by Arcona Yachts, Sweden. The boat is an awarded cruiser-racer designed by Stefan Qviberg. The boat is also equipped with electric propulsion supplied by Oceanvolt and a generator as back-up. The technical details of the boat can be found on Arcona Yacht’s website. We have sailed with the boat for more than 1,100 nautical miles this summer, including the delivery from the Swedish west coast via Denmark to Finland - it has proven to be an excellent boat to sail, especially upwind.

Now the boat is ready for your team's archipelago adventure. We offer first and foremost a one-day team-building and sailing training with an experienced skipper. No prior sailing experience is required, although we recommend that at least one of the crew is able to help with maneuvers and the rest are keen to learn sailing. Participants need to have their own sailing gear, i.e. weather- and windproof clothing.

The skipper, Timo Ketonen is a Navy Lieutenant (basic training at Merisotakoulu - The Finnish Naval Academy) and an experienced sailor since his early years. His sailing experience is based in the Archipelago in SW Finland and the Baltic Sea, and he has also sailed to 80N in Svalbard and the South Seas from Vanuatu to Darwin in NW Australia.

A one-day sailing experience is priced at 1,000 euros + VAT. Food and drinks can be ordered separately and we also arrange local food and overnight stays with our venue partners at Airisto Marina, Airiston Lumous or Hotel Kasnäs or other venues in A'Pelago's network.

For longer bookings for 2-3 days please ask for a special quote. A'Pelago Yacht is available for bookings from the end of May to early September. We welcome you and your team on board!
